Opisując obrazek, dobrze jest się trzymać pewnej kolejności. Na początku opisujemy ludzi, którzy znajdują się na obrazku. Następnie opisujemy przemidoty znajdujące się na pierwszym planie, a dopiero potem na drugim planie.
Opisujemy obrazek używając dwóch czasów: present simple i present continuous. Present simple używamy do powiedzenia co widzimy na obrazku. Z kolei present continuous jest nam potrzebny do opisania czynności wykonywanych na obrazku.
