Hello there,
yesterday was SO CRAZY! I was working normally at the restaurant I worked for 9 months until a blonde lady with hoop earings, black tank top, ripped jeans and flesh-colored heels came in. She ordered some dishes like a normal guest and I served it to her. She ate it all without complaining. Now here's the crazy part. When I asked if she was ready for payment she said "I'm not gonna pay, because the food didn't reach my expectations". I was shocked and told her that either way she has to pay and nothing is for free. She repeated herself and I answered the same. She started making a scene by swearing at me and threatening me that she's gonna sue me and the whole restaurant. I, in a respectful manner, still tried to explain to her that she could've just told some other waitress that the food wasn't good and ask for something else. Then she finally gave up and shoved the money into my face saying "I'm done! I hate this restaurant! I'm leaving! See you never!!" and left the restaurant. The whole crew was shocked from the event, but we had to finish our job so we tried hard not to be distracted by the memories of that scene. The rest of the day went peacefully without pointless arguments.

Hi Abeque,
I'm writing to tell you about my neighbour who lives upstairs. She is always dancing late in the evening when I want to watch a film or even go to bed. It's very disturbing and makes me crazy. What's more, my cat whines hearing it which gets on my nerves, too. I can't stand her and I wish she broke her leg to experience silent nights. Last Friday I got scratched by my ram-cat because of her booging.
Have you got any ideas how I could deal with it?
