I hope you're doing well. You don't believe it, my parents are celebrating their 20th anniversary next Friday. I'm going to make a special dinner for them. They love Italian cuisine, so I bought spagetti pasta, fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, fresh basil and real parmesan and I'll buy a Tiramisu dessert in nearby bakery.
I'll make an onion soup as a first course an then spagetti with tomatos sauce.
The best spagetti has to be made with love and patience. Cook the pasta the way they're describing on the box, then chop the onion, garlic and tomatoes and put it on the pan with a spoon of olive oil. When tomatoes will be smooth add drained pasta and mix it very well. Then move pasta with sauce on the plate, grate some cheese on it and gently put leaves of basil on the top.
You're going to love it, trust me!!!
